When do you need page cleanup?
Blank pages from scanning, pages inserted by mistake, or appendix sections you need to extract are common cases. Picking only the pages you need is faster than rescanning everything.
Page cleanup also helps when you share specific slides from a deck or submit only a summary section from a long report.
Reduce numbering mistakes
You can enter page numbers like `3, 1, 2, 5-8` with commas and ranges. A hyphen groups consecutive pages.
For long documents, note numbers from the table of contents or thumbnails first. Double-check the first and last page when entering many numbers at once.
After cleanup
Open the result PDF and confirm page count and order match your intent. Keep the original separately for important submissions.
If you need more than 20 pages as images, split or trim to 20 pages or fewer before converting — that keeps browser tools reliable.
